This is a senior technical role focused on designing and delivering scalable integration solutions across enterprise systems. You will translate business and system requirements into robust technical specifications and implementation approaches. The role plays an important part in supporting Oracle ERP deployment initiatives and ensuring systems work effectively together. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align technical execution with business objectives. A strong focus on data integrity, system reliability, risk management, and implementation quality will be central to your work. Translate business requirements and system needs into clear, practical, and technically sound integration specifications. Support Oracle ERP deployment initiatives, contributing to integration planning, development, implementation, and ongoing improvements. Work closely with internal teams and external technology vendors to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure effective delivery. Bridge business objectives and technical execution by ensuring integration solutions meet functional, operational, and performance expectations. Identify integration risks and potential implementation issues early, developing appropriate mitigation strategies to protect delivery timelines and system performance. Establish and maintain strong data integrity throughout integration and implementation activities. Help ensure the reliability, scalability, and quality of integrated systems through appropriate testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle to communicate progress, address dependencies, and maintain alignment. Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, technical standards, and implementation practices. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in integration engineering, enterprise application integration, or a comparable senior technical role. Strong ability to translate business and system requirements into technical specifications and practical integration solutions. Experience designing and implementing scalable integrations across enterprise applications and systems. Familiarity with Oracle ERP environments or experience supporting Oracle ERP deployment initiatives is highly valuable. Strong understanding of data integrity, system reliability, integration risks, and quality assurance practices. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal business teams and external vendors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify integration issues and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in complex implementation environments. A proactive approach to risk identification, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and technical delivery. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
