This role is a strategic and hands-on HR partnership position supporting North American commercial teams. The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with senior sales and marketing leaders to translate HR strategies into practical actions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and business results. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support performance management processes, talent assessments, and employee development initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on organizational changes, territory alignments, and employee communications. Track and monitor HR KPIs, including turnover, productivity, and engagement metrics, and propose solutions for recurring issues. Address employee relations matters, facilitate resolutions, and ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices. Execute engagement initiatives and recognition programs to enhance employee experience and team culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PHR certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably partnering with commercial teams in biotech, life sciences, or fast-paced organizations. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment with shifting deadlines. Experience handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
