Our partner is looking for a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital - Growth based in United States. This role will shape the global product marketing strategy for consumer digital products, features, and services, with a strong focus on growth and lifetime value. You will connect consumer insights, product strategy, market opportunities, and commercial outcomes across the full product lifecycle. The position sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Growth, Research, Analytics, Commercial, and regional teams. You will influence what gets built, define compelling positioning, lead global go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption beyond launch. A key focus will be identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, conversion, personalization, and long-term customer value. You will use research, behavioral data, experimentation, and competitive intelligence to turn insights into measurable business impact. The role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on product marketer who thrives in ambiguity and can turn complex challenges into clear action. \n Accountabilities: Develop deep expertise in consumer needs, behaviors, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth across the consumer digital portfolio. Identify opportunities to increase engagement, retention, conversion, and lifetime value through consumer digital products, features, services, and experiences. Build compelling value propositions and business cases grounded in consumer needs, health outcomes, commercial potential, and product feasibility. Define segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging narratives for consumer digital products and services. Lead global go-to-market strategies from early product development through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization of lifetime-value initiatives. Develop strategies across pricing, placement, and promotion while creating scalable go-to-market playbooks for marketing, commercial, and regional teams. Develop lifecycle strategies that increase product value from onboarding through long-term engagement, identifying high-value moments where education, content, recommendations, and experiences can drive meaningful action. Develop hypotheses and design, test, and scale experiments across positioning, messaging, offerings, and growth initiatives to improve conversion, engagement, and lifetime value. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives by bringing clarity, urgency, structure, and strong decision-making to ambiguous situations. Build visibility with senior stakeholders around priorities, progress, and outcomes while influencing teams, challenging assumptions, and adapting strategies when needed. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally across consumer digital products, technology, eCommerce, or related categories. Proven success driving engagement, retention, or lifetime value for health products or other consumer-focused offerings. Strong experience developing positioning, value propositions, and global go-to-market strategies. Deep understanding of consumer journeys, lifecycle strategy, segmentation, personalization, digital experiences, and conversion rate optimization. Experience using market research, consumer insights, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and experimentation to guide product and marketing decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps, priorities, and cross-functional teams both upstream and downstream. Strong commercial judgment with experience developing business cases and working across pricing, placement, promotion, or new business models. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within complex, global, matrixed organizations. Exceptional communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills. High ownership, strong bias toward action, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments. Experience in healthcare, connected devices, consumer technology, subscriptions, platforms, or other recurring consumer businesses is considered valuable.
