This role offers the opportunity to work on a leading SaaS platform in the Insurtech space, designing and building scalable, high-performance applications for global clients. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, translating complex business requirements into efficient, maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Work on both front-end (Vue/React) and back-end (.NET Core, C#) components. Ensure application performance, reliability, and security for high-traffic environments. Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and enforce best coding practices. Investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues promptly. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster growth and technical excellence. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and development best practices. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer on complex SaaS applications. Strong technical skills in front-end (Vue/React, JavaScript) and back-end (.NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit, integration, and functional tests. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and modular architecture. Strong understanding of web security best practices and regulatory compliance. Experience with container technologies such as Docker and scalable cloud infrastructure. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaboration in cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
