Our partner is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Integrations VistA based in United States. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth healthcare technology environment focused on building reliable, secure, and scalable integrations. You will design and deliver business-critical integrations that connect healthcare systems, data, and applications in real time and through batch workflows. The role combines full-stack engineering with deep healthcare integration expertise, with a particular focus on VistA environments. You will work closely with customers, implementation specialists, product managers, support teams, and engineers to deliver dependable integration experiences. Your work will directly contribute to improving healthcare workflows while maintaining high standards for security, privacy, quality, and performance. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping scale integration infrastructure during a period of rapid growth. \n Accountabilities Design, build, scale, and support robust healthcare integrations using REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0, mTLS, and other third-party technologies. Develop and maintain business-critical VistA integrations while ensuring strong security, privacy, reliability, and performance. Build real-time and batch data integrations that support healthcare partners and customers at scale. Collaborate directly with health system customers and external partners to deploy, troubleshoot, and support integration solutions. Enhance existing systems by introducing new functionality and improving stability, scalability, quality, performance, and security. Work closely with engineering, implementation, product, machine learning, infrastructure, design, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions. Contribute to technical architecture discussions and help maintain high engineering standards across the codebase. Improve documentation, share technical knowledge, and introduce quality-of-life improvements that reduce technical debt. Maintain a user-focused mindset by developing a strong understanding of customer and end-user needs. Communicate clearly across cross-functional teams and take ownership of integration projects from development through deployment and ongoing support. Requirements 5+ years of experience delivering business-critical integrations for large enterprise customers. 2+ years of hands-on VistA integration experience. Experience with mPage Workflow components, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL. Strong experience with REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and mutual TLS (mTLS). Familiarity with healthcare data integrations and enterprise healthcare technology environments. Experience working with EHR systems such as Oracle Health/VistA is highly valuable. Working knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform, or the ability and willingness to quickly learn these technologies. Strong understanding of healthcare integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, and X12 is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and make sound technical decisions in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external technical stakeholders. Curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to work across different technical domains and programming languages. A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute wherever needed in a rapidly evolving organization.
