This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer I, Web and 3D Graphics in North America. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in web and 3D graphics, you will develop and maintain advanced 3D design tools that optimize workflows across complex operational processes. You will work on orchestrating, integrating, and monitoring 3D tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. This role emphasizes creating efficient, intuitive web applications that accelerate production, reduce costs, and enhance overall quality. You will contribute to backend systems, cloud integration, and real-time 3D interactions, ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience. Accountabilities • Develop and maintain web applications supporting interactive 3D design tools. • Orchestrate 3D tool availability based on operational event triggers and capacity. • Coordinate submission, storage, and distribution of CAD outputs across cloud infrastructure and remote manufacturing centers. • Build and maintain APIs, endpoints, and microservices supporting internal workflows. • Instrument tools to provide actionable data insights for capacity planning, forecasting, and throughput optimization. • Integrate with third-party APIs to transmit and process 3D data efficiently. • Collaborate with Product Management and Manufacturing Operations teams to align technical solutions with business needs. • Maintain code quality, security, and performance standards, and advocate for continuous improvements. • 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in backend development using TypeScript or Node.js. • Strong understanding of complex business processes and ability to address challenges through engineering solutions. • Experience managing projects from concept to production, including design, implementation, observation, and maintenance. • Effective communication skills to achieve consensus with peers and provide clear status updates. • Comfortable working in agile, iterative software development processes. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote-first environment. • High proficiency with backend systems such as NestJS, Next.js, Node.js, and GraphQL. • Bonus: familiarity with 3D file formats, cloud infrastructure, and experience in operations or supply chain-related software. • Competitive salary with equity and performance-based bonuses. • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and mental health support. • Parental planning resources and retirement savings options. • Generous paid time off and vacation policies. • Fully remote work flexibility with resources to support productivity. • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture committed to accessibility and career development.
