This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer in the United States. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level web applications and services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX designers, and product stakeholders, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Leveraging AWS and modern web frameworks, you will optimize application performance, mentor junior developers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers remote work flexibility while supporting Eastern and Central U.S. time zones, providing an opportunity to drive meaningful business impact while advancing your technical career. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with front-end developers, UX designers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences. Optimize database and application performance, security, and scalability. Conduct code reviews, providing mentorship and constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Candidates should have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in web application development with frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular. 5+ years of experience with relational databases and designing RESTful APIs. 2+ years of experience with AWS, including Lambdas, ECS, or containerized platforms like Kubernetes. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related build frameworks. Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and servlets. Knowledge of other CMS platforms and digital marketing tools. Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Web MVC, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with Application Performance Monitoring or OpenTelemetry. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
