This role is ideal for a strategic and detail-oriented professional responsible for leading financial operations and process optimization across multiple teams. You will provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. You will lead enablement initiatives, oversee data quality, and manage reporting processes that inform leadership decisions. Accountabilities In this role, you will: • Lead financial operations processes, ensuring accurate policies, rates, and commission statements through careful data analysis. • Design, implement, and optimize operational workflows and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. • Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reporting dashboards for leadership and sales teams. • Ensure data quality across multiple systems, resolving discrepancies and driving initiatives to maintain accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to identify and implement process improvements. • Conduct ROI analysis for tools and systems, optimizing resources and reporting methods. • Provide feedback and strategic insights to improve processes, systems, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of operations, analytics, or project management experience, including roles in financial services, insurance, or similar industries. • Expertise in process optimization, data analysis, and operational strategy. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling), Salesforce, and Looker; familiarity with marketing automation tools a plus. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, and change management. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments and levels of leadership. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
