In this role, you will act as a strategic financial partner to a global commercial organization, leading financial reporting, business analytics, and pricing strategy. You will play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making and optimizing commercial performance. Additionally, you will oversee contract administration and sales commission programs, ensuring operational excellence. \n Accountabilities Lead revenue reporting and analysis efforts. Support annual revenue planning and forecasting. Conduct margin analytics to inform business decisions. Develop pricing strategies and manage contract administration. Perform compliance audits on customer contracts. Oversee maintenance of commissions models and analytics. Assist in the creation of incentive plans for the commercial team. Requirements 7+ years of progressive relevant work experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. Excellent proficiency with SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and data warehousing tools. Preferred advanced qualifications (CPA, MBA, or MS). Strong background in financial reporting, internal control, forecasting, and analysis. Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively. Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs dictate. Benefits Competitive salary range of $147,000 - $197,000. Eligibility for annual discretionary bonus.
