In this role, you will be pivotal in managing the successful deployment and production rollout of enterprise solutions for our clients. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders while applying your deep knowledge of PLM systems and business processes to enhance the overall user experience. Your leadership will guide teams and clients in best practices, ensuring that the solutions delivered not only meet but exceed expectations. This role is designed for a professional with a passion for problem-solving and customer success. \n Accountabilities Project manage the PLM modules for customer deployment plans. Increase adoption and usage of enterprise solutions through in-depth knowledge of client needs. Collaborate with Customer Success and R&D teams for timely resolution of issues. Manage escalation of deployment blocking issues, coordinating activities across teams. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, influencing best practices adoption. Requirements Expertise in PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or Arena required. Deep technical knowledge of PLM systems and integration challenges. 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, EDA experience preferred. Ability to engage customers at both business and technical levels. Results-oriented with proven effectiveness in a matrix organization while working remotely. Willingness to travel up to 30%.
