This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineer, DevOps Platform - Cloud Software in the United States. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and operate a serverless cloud infrastructure for cutting-edge AI services. The Senior DevOps Engineer will build and maintain the tooling, automation, and pipelines that enable continuous integration, deployment, and testing at scale. You will work with a distributed team to optimize development workflows, manage Kubernetes clusters, and ensure robust, reliable, and secure operations for cloud software. The position is highly collaborative, requiring creative problem-solving and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Candidates will have a direct impact on cloud services used by internal teams and external customers worldwide, while contributing to the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure. Accountabilities: · Develop and operate essential tooling for cloud-based AI services, supporting both development and operational workflows. · Maintain and optimize the software development lifecycle (SDLC), working across engineering, testing, and SRE teams to ensure alignment. · Provide developer environments that are easily updated and accessible, supporting efficient onboarding and workflow. · Design, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipeline templates, testing frameworks, and automated end-to-end testing environments. · Automate deployment, configuration, and management of Kubernetes (K8s) components. · Participate in first-level support and on-call operations to ensure system reliability and performance. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). · 5+ years of experience in developing DevOps tooling with strong automation skills. · Proficiency with modern source control platforms (GitHub/GitLab) and CI/CD technologies (GitLab, testing frameworks, ArgoCD). · Strong experience with containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) and Linux systems (Ubuntu). · Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) and experience in higher-level programming (Golang). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration capabilities. · Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
