This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to drive operational excellence and delivery performance across a professional services organization. You will oversee project management, resource deployment, and operational processes, ensuring consistent execution and high client satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership to optimize resource allocation, implement PMO frameworks, and establish KPIs that enhance efficiency and scalability. You will mentor and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous process improvement. This role balances hands-on operational management with strategic influence, shaping the success of complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment. Accountabilities: · Lead the PMO’s strategic vision and operational execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. · Manage, mentor, and develop project managers, program managers, and resource deployment teams. · Establish and enforce project governance, methodologies, and best practices across advisory and delivery services. · Drive operational improvements through process optimization, automation, and adoption of industry-standard tools. · Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and deployment strategies to meet client and business needs. · Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints while maintaining client satisfaction. · Act as a liaison with executive leadership, providing insights, forecasts, and operational recommendations. · Support strategic initiatives, organizational change, and continuous improvement programs. · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. · 10+ years of progressive experience in professional services operations, PMO leadership, or consulting delivery. · 5+ years of people management experience leading project management or resource management teams. · Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management best practices and successful PMO framework implementation. · Experience with professional services automation tools, resource planning, and project financial management. · Proven ability to implement large-scale process improvement and change management initiatives. · Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills. · Experience managing cross-functional teams in consulting or professional services environments. · Willingness to travel up to 20%.
