In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high-impact product portfolio within the cybersecurity space, specifically focusing on AI-enabled enterprise browser security. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, driving initiatives from ideation through launch while ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Your work will directly influence product innovation, market growth, and the overall success of the product line across multiple geographies. This position requires a strategic mindset coupled with hands-on execution, close collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into market-ready offerings. You will serve as a thought leader in the industry, shaping product direction and driving adoption across enterprise customers. Accountabilities: • Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise browser security portfolio • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting goals and ensuring accountability for product outcomes • Conduct deep customer and market analysis to identify pain points, competitive opportunities, and growth areas • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive successful product development, launches, and adoption • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize products and inform strategic decisions • Represent the company externally at industry events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives Requirements: • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles managing product teams • Expertise in cybersecurity, with a focus on browser security, AI security, or related technologies • Proven success in leading SaaS enterprise product lines from strategy to execution • Strong business acumen, financial modeling, and experience with go-to-market strategies • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and mentor high-performing product teams • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term product visions across multiple geographies • Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills • Preferred: MBA or equivalent experience, experience with browser technologies, and knowledge of AI/ML applications in security Benefits: • Competitive base salary range ($198,000 - $330,000), with potential for performance-based stock grants • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) plan with company match • Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility • Opportunity to work in a high-growth, mission-driven company with strong investors • Career growth and development within a collaborative, inclusive culture Why Apply Through Jobgether?
