This role is vital for driving net-new growth and establishing a significant presence in the corporate social impact landscape. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network to generate opportunities and develop compelling strategies that resonate with key decision-makers. With a focus on relationship-building and consultative sales, this position requires a strategic thinker committed to advancing mission-driven work and enhancing social impact initiatives. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping and expanding transformative services for institutional members. \n Accountabilities Own net-new revenue generation for Institutional Membership and Studio services across assigned segments and territories. Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach, network activation, and relationship-building. Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy aligned to priority audiences within corporate social impact and private philanthropy. Leverage existing executive networks to generate warm introductions and high-probability opportunities. Provide strategic leadership and executive sponsorship across member accounts to drive renewal and cross-sell. Identify and close expansion opportunities including services upgrades and sponsorships. Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, bringing insights into program evolution and service innovation. Requirements At least 8 years of experience in business development or advisory sales within social impact or related fields. Proven success in owning and closing complex deals with senior executives. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management. Deep credibility across corporate social impact and philanthropic sectors. Strong understanding of social impact frameworks and executive decision-making dynamics. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies in consultative sales environments. High commercial acumen with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
