Develop and maintain a prioritized, multi-year digital roadmap, sequencing investments according to business value, organizational readiness, risk, and scalability. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and adjacent sectors, identifying practical opportunities while distinguishing sustainable innovation from technology hype. Lead through influence: Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, connecting enterprise priorities with the practical needs of individual business functions. Translate business challenges into clear technology requirements and communicate technical opportunities, risks, and investment implications to non-technical stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment, organizational adoption, and change management in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and capabilities. Requirements: 12+ years of relevant professional experience across digital strategy, enterprise technology, product management, data and analytics, or technology-enabled business transformation.
