In this role, you will play a vital part in the Digitalization and Service Enablement team, driving innovative initiatives that harness chiller data for proactive service and maintenance solutions. Your work will support strategic focuses in fault detection, machine learning, and energy monitoring, directly contributing to the generation of aftermarket revenue. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and deliver insights that minimize human intervention in chiller servicing. This position is designed for someone with strong strategic problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. \n Accountabilities Lead cross-functional teams without direct supervision to drive the completion of digitalization programs. Coordinate and execute test programs to validate potential methods of reducing human intervention for servicing chillers. Analyze, design, modify, and troubleshoot mechanical sub-components and systems based on test data. Requirements BS in Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 7+ years of experience with program management for a product. Experience in research environments and product development processes. Familiarity with digital technologies such as Connected Chillers, digital twins, AI, and machine learning. Strong understanding of technical concepts related to global air- and water-cooled chiller portfolios. Ability to work independently and possess a high drive for success. Go-getter attitude.
