Join us in advancing the future of finance. \n Accountabilities Manage end-to-end delivery of digital asset-focused projects of varying scales. Act as a product owner for the Benji platform, prioritizing high-value changes. Serve as a release manager to assess risk and manage development workflows. Define project plans and oversee execution through closure. Partner with engineering and business stakeholders for collaborative success. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to project guidelines. Assess risks and implement effective mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues as necessary. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communication with stakeholders. Refine workflows and enhance project processes for efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project management experience. Background in financial services or technology. Knowledge of blockchain and tokenization is preferred. Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Proficient in tools like Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD environments is advantageous. Strong communication and leadership skills.
