This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Developer, Full Stack in the United States. The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling web applications that drive business growth and deliver value to end-users. This position involves working across the technology stack, from front-end development with React/JS to back-end development in Java or Python, and includes database integration using SQL. The role offers the opportunity to work in an agile, collaborative environment where creativity, innovation, and automation are encouraged. The ideal candidate will leverage modern web standards, security practices, and DevOps workflows to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will partner closely with small, dynamic teams to ensure the smooth launch and ongoing enhancement of web projects, while contributing to technical strategy and best practices. Remote candidates within the United States, preferably on Eastern Time, are encouraged to apply. Accountabilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across the full technology stack, supporting both internal and external users. • Build, test, deploy, and iterate technology products during their launch and early lifecycle to ensure scalability and reliability. • Implement infrastructure solutions, including cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and DevOps practices, to automate workflows and optimize performance. • Ensure compliance with modern web, accessibility, and security standards in all deliverables. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders. • Troubleshoot, analyze, and solve complex technical and business problems using sound judgment and innovative solutions. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full stack developer in a web environment. • Proficiency in front-end development with React/JS and back-end development in Java or Python. • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and automation tools. • Understanding of modern web standards, accessibility, and security best practices. • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. • Experience with AI tools or interest in learning AI-related technologies is a plus. • Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, with eligibility for annual profit awards or bonuses. • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and flexible spending options. • Health Savings Account (HSA) and dependent care flexible spending account. • Pre-Tax and Roth 401(k) plans. • Short- and long-term disability insurance, life/AD&D insurance. • Generous paid time off and educational assistance programs. • Student loan repayment program and commuter benefits. • Flexible and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and skill development.
