We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to lead creative initiatives and deliver visually compelling solutions across print, digital, and brand experiences. This role involves guiding a team of designers, collaborating with clients, and producing high-quality assets that effectively communicate messaging and enhance brand identity. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into innovative designs, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. You will have the opportunity to shape design processes, provide art direction, and oversee production from concept to final execution. This position offers a dynamic environment where creativity, strategy, and technical skill intersect to create impactful visual experiences. \n Accountabilities: Leading and mentoring the design team to ensure work meets strategic and creative objectives. Designing high-level concepts and managing production of publications, graphics, branding elements, and digital assets. Presenting designs to clients and implementing revisions to align with project strategy and client needs. Reviewing client websites and materials to provide recommendations that adhere to brand guidelines. Coordinating with vendors to ensure the successful production of designed materials. Partnering with account leads to provide art direction and guidance on UI/website design using best practices. Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and Figma to produce professional assets. Requirements: Candidates should have a strong design background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include: Proven experience as a designer in print, digital, branding, and UX/UI environments. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for guiding design teams. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and Figma. Ability to translate client objectives into effective visual solutions. Strong presentation, communication, and client management skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to provide art direction and constructive feedback to team members.
