This position is vital for shaping the future of data engineering within the industry. \n Accountabilities Lead a team of data engineers to build and maintain high-performance data platforms. Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and design robust data pipelines for business intelligence and analytics. Drive the implementation of CRMs and platform integrations. Ensure data quality, governance, and security across the data lifecycle. Mentor and grow the data engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to deliver data solutions that drive business value. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and architecture. Pharmaceutical advertising, media, or marketing agency experience required! Extensive experience with Snowflake, GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage), and PostgreSQL. Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines using tools like dbt, Airflow, or similar. Familiarity with marketing and media data platforms (Google Analytics, DV360, Campaign Manager).
