In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and architectures to ensure reliable, high-quality, and timely data delivery for analytics and reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevSecOps and business intelligence, to implement complex data management solutions, real-time processing applications, and automated workflows. This role provides an opportunity to influence the organization’s data strategy, drive efficiency, and implement best practices in data ingestion, transformation, validation, and orchestration. You will mentor junior engineers, provide guidance on technical solutions, and contribute to improving data reliability and performance across multiple environments. Accountabilities: Develop and operationalize robust data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, validation, and orchestration. Design, implement, and maintain real-time data processing applications and high-performance data structures. Guide and mentor data engineers in designing, testing, documenting, and operating scalable data solutions. Ensure data quality, reliability, and efficiency across the organization’s environments. Develop and maintain architectures using advanced programming languages and tools. Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to optimize data workflows. Collaborate with DevSecOps teams during continuous integration and deployment processes. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of related experience in data engineering or similar roles. Strong experience with ETL processes, SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration. Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI. Knowledge of data quality practices, large-scale data management, and real-time processing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible work environment. Competitive salary range: $85,300 – $158,100 per year, adjusted based on skills and experience.
