We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and operationalize data pipelines that enable advanced analytics and business intelligence. This role will focus on transforming complex data into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and performant data solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design data architectures, optimize pipelines, and implement real-time and batch processing solutions. Accountabilities Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, validation, and provisioning. Design and implement large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures for analytics and reporting. Build real-time processing applications and streaming data pipelines to meet business needs. Collaborate with DevSecOps and other engineering teams to support CI/CD and automation for data workflows. Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across environments and systems. Guide and mentor junior data engineers in data engineering best practices, architecture design, and implementation. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data efficiency, performance, and automation opportunities. Document processes, solutions, and architectures to support enterprise-wide data management and governance. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of experience in data engineering or related fields. Strong knowledge of data pipeline development, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes. Proficiency with one or more of the following: SQL, Informatica, Snowflake. Experience designing real-time and batch data processing systems. Solid understanding of data quality, validation, and governance practices. Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and DevSecOps practices is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Competitive salary: $85,300 – $158,100 per year (varies based on skills, experience, and location).
