This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and deploying enterprise-level data management, analytics, and AI solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry, to enhance our data capabilities. Collaborate with teams to define data and AI roadmaps aligning with business objectives. Develop reference architectures and patterns for data services and AI applications. Shape data service standards and contribute to project planning and execution. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams. Coordinate integration with third-party systems and support vendor evaluations. Requirements 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI application development. Deep understanding of data modeling frameworks like Kimbal and Lakehouse Architecture. Expertise in Microsoft Fabric and AI Foundry technologies. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and KQL with experience in performance tuning. Ability to implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and secure data applications. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences. Benefits Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 annually. Work remotely with flexible hours.
