In this pivotal role, you will drive the design, implementation, and operationalization of enterprise-level data analytics and AI capabilities. Your efforts will directly support innovative projects aimed at enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency across various business sectors by leveraging advanced technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that are both secure and compliant, ultimately contributing to the company’s mission of delivering high-quality outcomes that meet client needs. \n Accountabilities Design and implement enterprise-scale data management and analytics solutions. Lead the development of data strategies that align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. Ensure compliance and security of data handling processes. Oversee the integration of AI solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data engineering and analytics. Requirements 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI application development. Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI Foundry. Deep understanding of data modeling frameworks and data architectures. Expertise in SQL, Python, and KQL for data management and analytics. Experience in implementing secure and compliant data environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
