This role offers a unique opportunity to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance and business growth. You will work across digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to analyze customer behaviors, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decision-making. The position combines deep analytical skills with business acumen, enabling you to deliver insights that directly impact ROI and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams, translating data into clear, executive-level recommendations. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, providing opportunities to influence major business outcomes and develop advanced analytics expertise. \n Accountabilities: Lead analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover trends, optimize marketing investments, and support strategic decisions. Conduct attribution modeling, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and digital experiences. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Strategy to deliver integrated insights and improve digital customer journeys. Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred). 5–9 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles, preferably in financial services or with financial institutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create executive-level dashboards. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
