As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will own the full post-sale journey, from onboarding and adoption to expansion and renewals, ensuring customers consistently realize value from their solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer goals, design success plans, and proactively address challenges. Success in this role is measured by the impact you create for your clients, helping them achieve growth and operational excellence while strengthening long-term partnerships. Accountabilities In this role, you will: • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for a portfolio of customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement. • Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, to drive strategic alignment and customer outcomes. • Proactively identify risks and work with internal teams to implement solutions that ensure success. • Deliver tailored guidance, best practices, and training to help customers fully leverage their solutions. • Monitor customer health, providing regular updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders. • Manage account growth and retention, including expansion opportunities and contract renewals. Develop internal and external resources such as success stories, onboarding templates, and playbooks to enhance the customer experience The ideal candidate will have: • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide strategic decisions and measure success. • Hands-on experience with customer success and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, HubSpot). • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and proactively execute initiatives in a fast-moving environment. • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal. • Must reside in the United States and work within PT–ET core hours.
