This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, SMB in New York. In this role, you will lead strategic customer relationships and ensure exceptional experiences for high-value small and medium business clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption, retention, and success metrics, acting as the trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Your insights and account strategies will directly impact customer satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnership outcomes. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, coordinating with internal stakeholders to address issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Build and nurture relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and defining success plans. Serve as the voice of the customer by providing actionable product and operational feedback to internal teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of customer requests and successful delivery of platform features. Drive adoption of product features to improve customer experience, retention, and engagement. Requirements: 6+ years of relevant client-facing experience, ideally in fast-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Strong relationship-building skills, maintaining composure under pressure and celebrating customer successes. Data-savvy with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment. Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact and achieving results in top-tier organizations.
