In this role, you will have a vital impact on enhancing customer relationships and driving the success of key clients. You will lead by example, mentoring peers and aligning various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Your ability to operate autonomously and leverage your expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions for non-routine challenges and delivering exceptional value to customers. As a strategic advisor, your insights and leadership will shape customer success practices and outcomes that align with the company's objectives. \n Accountabilities Own and lead complex, high-value customer relationships. Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and success criteria. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including executives. Lead strategic Business Reviews synthesizing data and recommendations. Anticipate customer challenges to adjust engagement strategies proactively. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role. Proven success managing complex or strategic customer relationships. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and retention drivers. Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts succinctly. Experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms.
