This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Clinical Project Manager in the United States. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead complex clinical trials from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will play a critical role in planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact clinical research projects, influence operational strategies, and mentor project teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment. \n Accountabilities: Lead clinical trials from start-up to closeout, managing activities such as site selection, study initiation, clinical operations, statistics, data management, IWRS, regulatory submissions, vendor management, and medical/scientific writing. Facilitate cross-functional project planning, task identification, and resource allocation while tracking progress against timelines and budgets. Ensure proper documentation, SOP compliance, and project reporting to internal management and clients. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed to maintain project continuity. Serve as the primary liaison with clients, providing updates on scope, financials, and project decisions. Oversee project team performance, mentor staff, and drive process improvements across clinical operations. Assist with RFI/RFP responses, contract administration, and project financial reconciliation when required. Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed to support project activities. Requirements: Candidates should bring extensive clinical research experience, leadership capabilities, and strong regulatory knowledge. Essential qualifications include: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, health, or related field. Over 10 years of clinical research and development experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings, with at least 7 years in clinical project management. Oncology clinical trial experience is required. Fluency in Mandarin. Knowledge of ICH guidelines, FDA, Health Canada, and EMA regulations. Demonstrated experience in cross-functional clinical processes including site selection, study start-up, clinical operations, statistics, data management, IWRS, regulatory submissions, and vendor management. Proven leadership skills, with experience setting goals, mentoring teams, and achieving project objectives. Strong financial acumen for scope definition, budget estimation, resource management, and change order negotiation. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with negotiation and presentation abilities. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
