This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Client Project / Program Manager in United States. As a Senior Client Project / Program Manager, you will lead and direct concurrent client projects, ranging from standard to highly complex initiatives. This role involves coordinating programs across multiple business areas, geographies, and technologies while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, manage escalations, and oversee risk management to guarantee client satisfaction. In addition to project delivery, you will support pre-sales efforts, identify new opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve impactful outcomes. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for driving excellence in client engagement. Accountabilities Lead and direct multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Engage stakeholders from concept to implementation, delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Act as the primary contact for clients, managing satisfaction, escalations, and communications. Oversee rigorous scope control, change management, and risk documentation to ensure smooth project delivery. Support pre-sales efforts, including scoping, costing, and presenting project delivery approaches. Identify opportunities to position consulting and technical services to clients. Delegate tasks, assign resources, and coordinate project teams to drive successful outcomes. Contribute to continuous improvement and deliver added value through innovation and collaboration. Advanced project and program management experience, ideally in a multinational professional services environment. Strong background in client engagement and relationship management. Proven expertise in the project lifecycle, change management, and balancing business and financial constraints. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations. Strong leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced problem-solving, analytical abilities, and commercial acumen. Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
