In this role, you will play a critical part in managing relationships with our highest profile dealer clients, ensuring that their needs are addressed while maximizing their investment in our products. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. Analyze product performance and business trends. Interpret analytics to optimize product utilization. Train customers on media and software products. Minimize churn and maintain media solutions. Collaborate with internal partners to solve client issues. Manage account strategy and identify growth opportunities. Compile reports related to customer business performance. Ensure smooth implementation of corporate-level product purchases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. 6 years’ experience in client solutions or related field. 2+ years in a Manager capacity within a client solutions role preferred. Strong automotive industry experience preferred. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems. Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
