In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of Disability Claim Analysts, overseeing claims management, strategic planning, and operational improvements. Communicate business developments and adapt operations to meet customer needs. Act as a change agent to drive business progress. Participate in committees to improve business practices and enhance customer acquisition. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 6+ years of related experience in claims management. 3+ years of leadership experience, formal or informal. Strong knowledge of business operations and claims processes. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
