We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to drive the analysis, design, and configuration of enterprise systems supporting finance, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes. This role focuses on end-to-end Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2 solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable, functional system designs. The analyst will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows, manage ERP initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to guide process improvements and support system adoption. You will also provide training, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to functional documentation that enhances operational efficiency. Remote work is supported, with collaboration across teams to ensure timely and high-quality results. \n Accountabilities: Lead analysis, solution design, and configuration of Oracle EBS 12.2 modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Materials, Work in Process, and Cost Management. Develop functional specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage ERP projects through full SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with business stakeholders to recommend best practices and standardize processes across departments. Plan and execute testing activities including unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression tests. Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve defects. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration tracking, and test scripts. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years hands-on Oracle EBS 12.2 functional and configuration expertise. Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing processes. Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions. Experience leading ERP enhancement projects or full lifecycle implementations. Ability to provide end-user training and support functional rollouts. Strong project management, communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. Familiarity with SQL, Oracle databases, and Oracle technologies such as EPM, BI Publisher, Integration Cloud, or APEX is a plus. PMP or Oracle EBS certifications are preferred.
