In this role, you will be pivotal in operationalizing AI adoption within the legal sector, creating tailored workflows that address real legal challenges in real-time. Your efforts will directly contribute to transforming AI's potential into tangible business value, ensuring that law firms integrate these solutions as core components of their practices. You will shape the way legal professionals engage with AI, thereby playing a crucial role in product development and establishing yourself as a leader in AI implementation. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving legal tech industry. \n Accountabilities Deliver Custom Workflow Solutions: Complete all post-sales custom workflow requests within two weeks of submission, creating scalable, objective solutions for legal drafting and analysis that drive immediate client value. Drive AI Adoption and Implementation: Work directly with internal and external users to scope, create, and implement customized workflows that meet specific customer needs while maintaining objectivity. Establish Success Metrics: Develop and implement comprehensive KPIs and metrics for product adoption and custom solutions to measure law firm outcomes. Build Scalable Systems: Develop an accountability system for workflow requests, ensuring repeatable success as the company grows. Inform Product Strategy: Provide critical feedback loops to product teams based on customer workflow needs. Demonstrate Business Impact: Partner with Customer Success Managers to create business review decks featuring AI usage data. Maintain Quality Standards: Create and maintain scalable workflows grounded in objectivity to ensure compliance and accuracy. Requirements Legal Expertise: JD or 5+ years of substantive legal experience required. AI and Legal Tech Experience: Proven experience with AI implementation and/or legal technology solutions. Exceptional Critical Thinking: Outstanding problem-solving abilities and effective workflow diagnosis. Relentless Attention to Detail: Commitment to precision in workflow creation for legal environments. Business Outcomes Ownership: Track record of delivering measurable results and accountability for customer success. Data Analytics Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey insights effectively. Bilingual Communication: Ability to translate legal terminology and technical concepts effectively.
