In this role, you will become a key player in enhancing our performance excellence initiatives while leveraging your expertise in financial reporting and SEC compliance. You will be instrumental in developing enablement programs that equip our teams to engage effectively with corporate reporting personas. Your insights will shape product strategy and customer engagement efforts, ultimately driving compliance and value for our clients. \n Accountabilities Develop and deliver enablement resources for Sales and Customer Success teams. Lead internal training sessions and create reusable tools for improved team knowledge. Participate in customer demos, webinars, and thought leadership sessions. Act as a credible voice with corporate users to help them with compliance challenges. Translate customer workflows into actionable input for Product Management. Collaborate with Product to refine roadmap priorities and align solutions. Monitor emerging disclosure trends and advise on market opportunities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent market positioning. Requirements 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or SEC compliance. Deep familiarity with SEC filings and FASB standards. Strong presentation skills for engaging corporate finance executives. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience supporting enablement or training initiatives preferred. Ability to bridge technical expertise and customer engagement. Collaborative and adaptable to influence cross-functional teams.
