In this role, you will manage and grow strategic accounts in the hyperscale technology space, developing deep relationships with key engineering and procurement teams across multiple regions. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer roadmaps, identifying current and future needs, and delivering innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This position requires a balance of technical knowledge, relationship management, and strategic planning to drive account growth and market share. You will work closely with global teams, coordinating activities between the US and Asia, and providing insight into emerging technologies. The role offers the opportunity to influence high-impact decisions, engage with senior management, and support the success of critical accounts in a fast-paced, innovative environment. \n Accountabilities: Building and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts in the Bay Area, Austin, and Asia. Coordinating cross-regional projects with engineering and sales teams. Understanding customer roadmaps and identifying opportunities for new designs and solutions. Supporting Salesforce pipeline entries, forecasting, and revenue tracking tools. Presenting technical solutions, cloud applications, and future trends to leadership. Driving new and custom design initiatives with Product Management and System Architect teams. Cultivating and extending high-level customer relationships up through senior management. Traveling as needed (<10%), with regular local customer visits in the Bay Area. Requirements: Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience: 7+ years of experience in critical account management, preferably with hyperscale customers. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including servers, switches, storage, AI, and related protocols. BS degree in Engineering preferred. Background in interconnects, copper cables, and optics strongly preferred. Strong customer focus and ability to engage with all levels of management. Excellent presentation, PowerPoint, and Excel skills. Ability to think strategically, anticipate customer needs, and proactively identify opportunities. Mandarin fluency preferred. Warm, persuasive personality with a hunter mentality for business development. Benefits: Competitive base salary: $165,100 - $209,300, with potential adjustments based on experience and location.
