This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding market reach for live sound solutions. You will be responsible for fostering strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and system integrators. By working collaboratively with various teams, you will help enable partners and spearhead joint initiatives that align with shared business goals, ensuring overall client satisfaction and success in project delivery. \n Accountabilities Collaborate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to develop joint campaigns and demand-generation activities. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively position live sound solutions. Work closely with sales and technical teams for successful project delivery. Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the live sound sector. Conduct customer needs assessments to position tailored live sound solutions. Plan and execute product demonstrations and attend industry trade shows to generate leads. Manage the sales cycle, track opportunities in CRM tools, and forecast sales. Collaborate with various teams to refine messaging and ensure pre- and post-sales success. Assist with proposal development and contract negotiations. Requirements 5+ years experience in the live sound industry or related technology markets. 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting sales targets. Proficiency with professional FOH mixing consoles and audio protocols. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure in live event environments. An HND/Degree in Electronic Engineering or Music Technology preferred. Familiarity with industry technologies in audio and media production is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
