This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Security Engineer - Privileged Access Management in the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide PAM solutions. This role focuses on securing critical systems by integrating PAM technologies across networks, applications, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and platform owners to develop scalable solutions, improve existing security controls, and automate routine security tasks. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, security-focused environment while directly impacting the organization’s risk posture and operational resilience. Accountabilities Design, build, and deploy Privileged Access Management solutions leveraging CyberArk technology. Engage with business stakeholders, platform owners, and engineering teams to integrate PAM across enterprise systems. Assess current privileged account management solutions and recommend effective improvements. Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot CyberArk components including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, PTA, and Credential Providers. Develop and customize CPM plugins and PSM connection components for secure password and session management. Automate engineering tasks and workflows using REST APIs, scripting, and other automation tools. Integrate PAM solutions with operating systems, databases, network devices, security appliances, applications, and cloud services. 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk technologies in on-premise or hybrid environments. Strong background in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Privileged Access Management. Experience designing, building, implementing, and upgrading CyberArk PAM components. Proficiency with scripting and automation (PowerShell, REST API, SOAP) and integrating PAM solutions with COTS or bespoke applications. Familiarity with related security tools, such as Hardware Security Modules, Microsoft AD, Splunk, RSA, and SecureAuth. Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize PAM platforms and related security infrastructure.
