As a Security Engineer focused on Operational Technology (OT), you will play a critical role in safeguarding complex industrial environments and enterprise systems. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to assess, design, and implement security solutions that protect operational networks, IoT devices, and industrial control systems. This role involves delivering professional OT services, deploying specialized security tools, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen clients’ cybersecurity posture. You will collaborate with technical and managerial stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices. Your work will directly support the resilience and reliability of mission-critical infrastructure. The role demands a proactive, adaptive, and client-focused mindset in a dynamic consulting environment. Accountabilities: • Conduct OT security assessments, architecture reviews, validated design evaluations, and advisory services. • Deploy and manage OT security tools, including Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi, and Tenable OT. • Develop comprehensive service deliverables tailored to technical and managerial audiences, detailing execution, deficiencies, impact, and remediation strategies. • Stay current on emerging OT threats, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry best practices. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing interactive guidance and support. • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative consulting environment. • Perform additional duties as required, including project reporting and professional development initiatives. • Minimum 3 years of experience performing security services related to OT. • At least 2 years of enterprise-level consulting experience. • Over 5 years of combined experience in IT, networking, and information security is strongly preferred. • Knowledge of OT, IoT, network architecture, and cybersecurity. • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST-CSF, NIST 800-82, and the Purdue Model Framework. • Operational Technology penetration testing experience is preferred. • Certifications such as GICSP or GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) are preferred. • Strong understanding of OT attacks, tactics, and techniques. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to handle complex client/project situations. • Ability to lead as a consultant with technical oversight and contribute to marketing or knowledge-sharing initiatives (e.g., publications, webinars). • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. • Fully remote U.S.-based work, with occasional travel as required. • Comprehensive group medical insurance with low or zero employee premiums. • Dental insurance covering employees and partial family coverage. • Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and 12 corporate holidays. • Home office and mobile phone/internet allowances. • Retirement plan eligibility after 2 months, with employer contributions. • Pet benefit options and other employee perks supporting work-life balance.
