This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Security Delivery Project Manager in the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and technically savvy Security Delivery Project Manager to oversee complex security engagements for enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of penetration testing and time-bound bug bounty programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will translate customer requirements into actionable project plans, manage timelines, and serve as the primary point of contact for technical and operational aspects of security engagements. Ideal candidates excel at balancing multiple priorities, building strong client relationships, and driving process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality. This position offers remote work flexibility while fostering collaboration through occasional in-person interactions. Accountabilities Serve as the primary point of contact between enterprise customers and internal technical teams for penetration tests and bug bounty programs. Manage project timelines for multiple concurrent engagements, including network access, compliance requirements, and stakeholder communication. Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications for execution teams and proactively resolve potential issues. Launch and oversee time-bound bug bounty programs, coordinating with security researchers and triage teams to ensure smooth execution. Develop and document repeatable delivery processes and playbooks, automating routine project management tasks. Coordinate final report delivery, schedule follow-up testing, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive program expansion. Capture service delivery insights to inform product development and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. 3+ years of experience managing client-facing technical projects, preferably in cybersecurity or related technical services. Experience with penetration testing delivery processes and knowledge of offensive security methodologies and terminology. Hands-on experience managing bug bounty programs, including engagement with security researcher communities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using standard PM tools, ticketing systems, and CRMs. Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or CSM). Preferred: Background in cybersecurity consulting, managed security services, or related client-facing technical roles. Preferred: Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements. Preferred: Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, CWE Top 25, and related security attack methods.
