We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Analyst to help protect and strengthen critical digital assets. In this role, you will monitor and analyze security threats, respond to incidents, and collaborate across teams to maintain compliance and improve the overall security posture. You will engage with modern security tools and frameworks while supporting a flexible, remote-first work culture. Accountabilities Monitor, analyze, and respond to security threats across network, endpoint, and application environments. Conduct vulnerability assessments, implement remediation plans, and ensure continuous system hardening. Lead incident response activities, including containment, mitigation, and reporting of security incidents. Analyze security logs, network traffic, and endpoint data to detect suspicious activity and escalate appropriately. Maintain compliance documentation and support policy development to meet regulatory requirements. Deliver security awareness training and promote best practices among employees. Track, analyze, and report key security metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in security analysis, threat intelligence, or information security practices. Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards, including NIST and HIPAA. Proficiency with security tools, such as SIEM platforms, threat intelligence platforms, and vulnerability management software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams. Preferred: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM certifications; experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
