In this critical role, you will lead the vision and execution of product management strategies for Salesforce, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will play a pivotal part in transitioning from Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack to Agentforce, optimizing user experiences, and facilitating collaboration between teams. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency and enhance the effectiveness of the organization’s efforts. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of nonprofit operations and proven success in delivering CRM solutions. \n Accountabilities Set the vision and roadmap for Salesforce functionality and enhancements. Manage the product backlog and prioritize user stories for development. Lead the transition from Salesforce NPSP to Agentforce for Nonprofits. Drive adoption and training of Salesforce across all user groups. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements. Ensure effective governance and management of Salesforce applications. Requirements 7-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst. Experience implementing Salesforce in the nonprofit sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce applications like Account Engagement and Service Cloud. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
