This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will be integral in supporting two Senior Leaders in the U.S. Sales organization, allowing them to concentrate on the evolving needs of the power grid. Your various responsibilities, from travel coordination to data organization, will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute significantly to regional sales success. You will have the autonomy to implement processes and maintain clarity, ultimately driving the effectiveness of energy solutions within the grid environment. \n Accountabilities Manage travel arrangements and compliance with booking practices. Assist in creating presentations by gathering information and finalizing materials. Coordinate onboarding for new sales team members to ensure a smooth start. Serve as a point of contact for regional sales teams and internal partners. Maintain schedules by resolving conflicts and keeping leaders informed. Prepare and submit expense reports following relevant policies. Coordinate internal and external meetings, managing logistics and follow-ups. Support monthly reporting by compiling key market updates. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. Requirements Work authorization for the U.S. is required. Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, OR associate degree with 4 years of experience, OR 6+ years of administrative support experience. Available to work in the Mountain Time Zone to support Central and West Time Zones. Experience handling confidential information. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with various functions. Capable of managing multiple projects and supporting several leadership team members.
