This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager, Expansion in the United States. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on driving expansion revenue within existing commercial and midmarket accounts. You will be responsible for defining and refining expansion strategies, coaching your team to identify customer needs, and implementing playbooks that maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Operating in a fast-growing, collaborative environment, you will partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure sales processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals. Your leadership will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall effectiveness of the North America Expansion team.
