The Sales Enablement and Operations Lead will build and own the systems, processes, and training programs that support a rapidly growing go-to-market organization. As the first dedicated hire in this function, you will establish the foundations for effective sales execution across Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Forward Deployed teams. You will lead onboarding, develop sales playbooks, strengthen messaging, and help representatives confidently communicate complex AI solutions to sophisticated buyers. Alongside enablement, you will oversee CRM operations, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and the broader GTM technology stack. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, you will use data and AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and performance. This fully remote opportunity offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the commercial operating model of a high-growth technology business. \n Accountabilities In this role, you will establish a scalable sales enablement and operations function, helping teams ramp faster, execute consistently, and focus more time on meaningful customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Own onboarding and training for new go-to-market and Forward Deployed team members, developing structured ramp programs that help AEs, BDRs, and other customer-facing employees become effective quickly. Build and maintain the sales playbook, including ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, discovery frameworks, qualification criteria, objection handling, competitive positioning, and industry-specific sales strategies. Develop enablement materials from product launches and customer successes, including sales talk tracks, demo flows, case studies, and competitive battlecards. Own the CRM as the central source of truth, maintaining pipeline stages, required fields, deal hygiene, and automation to ensure reliable data. Lead pipeline management and forecasting processes with sales leadership, including weekly reviews, dashboards, and performance metrics that identify deal progression challenges. Manage the go-to-market technology stack, including CRM, sales sequencing, call recording, and data enrichment tools, evaluating what to adopt, replace, or build internally. Partner with the GTM Engineer to develop AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude Code, including deal summaries, call insights, account research, automated CRM updates, and sales coaching. Analyze call recordings and win/loss data to identify performance patterns, improve sales effectiveness, and share insights with Product and Marketing teams. Support territory planning, quota setting, and sales compensation plan processes as the commercial organization expands. Continuously improve enablement resources, operational workflows, and systems based on team feedback and performance data. Requirements The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of sales execution with practical experience in enablement, revenue operations, and technology-driven process improvement. You should bring: Experience in sales or working closely with sales teams, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience building a sales enablement program or operational framework from the ground up. The ability to balance people-focused responsibilities, such as training and coaching, with analytical and operational work, such as pipeline reporting and CRM management. Strong process and data management skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, improve data quality, and build reliable workflows. The ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling messaging that sales representatives can confidently communicate to buyers. Practical experience using AI tools to automate work and improve productivity, with enthusiasm for developing more advanced AI-powered workflows. An ownership mindset and the ability to work independently, establish processes, and build structure in an evolving environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to earn trust by helping sales teams become more effective without introducing unnecessary administrative complexity. Adaptability, initiative, and comfort working in a fast-moving organization where priorities and processes evolve. Additional experience that would be an advantage: Experience selling to or enabling teams that work with customer support and customer experience leaders. Familiarity with fintech, healthcare, marketplaces, delivery services, or other regulated industries. Experience supporting sales teams that sell complex AI-powered products or technical solutions. Opportunity to shape commercial processes, systems, and team development within a fast-growing Series A business. Flexible working hours and a culture that values trust, efficiency, and work-life balance. Access to AI tools with unrestricted usage and no limits, alongside opportunities to develop advanced AI skills. Twice-yearly company-wide gatherings in Hawaii, bringing together colleagues from the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Frequent performance and career development reviews, with leadership assessing growth and promotion opportunities every six weeks. A low-ego, collaborative environment that values curiosity, initiative, user focus, and continuous learning. Inclusive workplace that actively welcomes applicants from underrepresented backgrounds. A respectful recruitment process involving informal conversations followed by an approximately two-day paid work trial, allowing candidates to collaborate with the team on real challenges. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
