This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Risk & Contract Administrator - REMOTE. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions. You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing a diverse portfolio of contracts while working closely with teams across Sales, Legal, Project Management, and Operations. This position provides an opportunity to contribute to significant global projects and strategic investments, ensuring effective management of contractual commitments and associated risks. Accountabilities • Review, negotiate, and maintain contract terms, including Master and Blanket Agreements. • Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Legal, Finance, and Operations on contract matters. • Advise internal partners on contractual obligations and risk mitigation. • Maintain contract databases and prepare regular status reports. • Support customer communication on contract terms and flow-down requirements. • Provide guidance on contractual risks during project execution. • Lead risk reviews, FRAME Agreements, and waiver processes. • Ensure all parties fulfill contractual obligations and support contract closeout efforts. Requirements • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree, or certificate in Business Administration, Law, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management. • Experience handling contract portfolios in the technology or construction sector. • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and digital approval tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign. • Demonstrated ability to build productive, customer-focused relationships.
