Full Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Residual Fertility Operations Manager based in United States. The Residual Fertility Operations Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of a complex customer-facing program, from signed agreement through final reporting and invoice readiness. This role serves as the central operational coordinator across sales, customers, field resources, technical teams, quality control, reporting, and finance. You will create visibility across active work, establish clear priorities, and proactively address risks before they affect customer commitments. The position combines hands-on operations leadership, project execution, customer communication, and continuous process improvement. Success will depend on your ability to lead through influence, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain strong accountability across multiple teams. You will also help build scalable workflows, metrics, and operating practices that improve delivery quality, efficiency, and capacity. This is an ideal opportunity for an organized, decisive operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. \n Own the full Residual Fertility Value (RFV) delivery lifecycle, including contract handoff, customer onboarding, data collection, soil sampling, report production, quality control, invoice readiness, and final customer delivery. Build and maintain project plans covering milestones, dependencies, customer commitments, priorities, and delivery dates across the active portfolio. Monitor work in progress, identify risks and bottlenecks early, and take corrective action to keep commitments on track. Establish clear operating rhythms, priorities, escalation paths, and accountability mechanisms that maintain momentum throughout the delivery process. Coordinate handoffs across Sales, customers, soil sampling resources, data operations, agronomy and technical teams, report production, quality control, and Finance. Lead through influence and direct accountability, ensuring contributors understand priorities, expected outputs, ownership, and deadlines. Facilitate concise operational reviews focused on exceptions, decisions, owners, and next actions. Coordinate report production and quality-control activities, ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate, and ready for customer release. Partner with technical stakeholders to resolve data, agronomic, or report-quality issues efficiently. Confirm final delivery and ensure reports and supporting materials reach the appropriate customer contacts. Provide Finance with accurate and timely confirmation that contractual billing milestones have been achieved and invoices are ready to be issued. Establish standard work, process stages, service expectations, and operational controls for RFV delivery. Use workflow data and performance metrics to monitor backlog, throughput, cycle time, quality, and capacity. Identify recurring operational issues and lead practical improvements involving processes, systems, and automation. Support resource and capacity planning by translating active pipeline commitments into operational requirements. Monitor key performance indicators covering delivery timeliness, quality, customer experience, operational control, and financial handoffs. Requirements 5+ years of experience in operations management, service delivery, project execution, customer implementation, or a related field involving complex, multi-step workflows. Demonstrated ability to deliver results across cross-functional teams while managing multiple customer commitments simultaneously. Strong operational judgment, prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear customer updates and establish accountability with internal stakeholders. Ability to operate with urgency, remain composed under pressure, and make sound decisions when information is incomplete. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, combined with an ability to maintain focus on overall throughput and customer outcomes. Proficiency with CRM platforms, project or workflow management systems, reporting tools, and standard productivity software. Experience using operational KPIs, dashboards, standard work, and continuous-improvement practices is preferred. Experience in agriculture, agronomy, precision agriculture, environmental services, professional services, or another field-based service environment is a plus. Experience coordinating soil sampling, field operations, laboratory activities, data preparation, analytics, or technical report delivery is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, agriculture, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered. Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive reliable execution from initiation through completion. Benefits Opportunity to own a high-impact, end-to-end operational function with direct influence on customer experience and business performance. Cross-functional exposure to sales, field operations, agronomy, technical teams, reporting, quality control, and finance. Opportunity to build scalable processes, operating standards, dashboards, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Hands-on leadership role with significant autonomy and responsibility for delivery outcomes. Opportunity to contribute to the modernization and optimization of data-driven agricultural service operations. Collaborative environment focused on accountability, operational excellence, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement. Compensation and additional benefits are based on the overall employment package and candidate qualifications. \n How Jobgether works: We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
