This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Workers Compensation Claims Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and adjudicating workers' compensation claims, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and best practices. Your expertise will be essential as you collaborate with case managers, attorneys, and vendors to navigate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and achieve optimal outcomes. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to operate within multiple state regulations, ultimately contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the department. \n Accountabilities Manage claims in accordance with organizational standards and state regulations. Adjudicate medical-only claims and limited lost time workers' compensation claims. Collaborate with case managers and legal representatives. Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes. Maintain records and file timely documentation. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process. Requirements 2-5+ years of experience managing workers' compensation claims. Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. Adjusters license in the appropriate jurisdiction. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with workers' compensation laws across multiple jurisdictions.
