In this transformative role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's visual identity across various platforms and media. Your keen eye for design and attention to detail will allow you to create impactful brand assets that resonate with our target audience. As part of a passionate team, you will contribute innovative ideas while staying attuned to current design trends and cultural shifts. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, you'll ensure that our brand's message is consistently conveyed across touchpoints. Accountabilities • Design high-quality brand assets across digital, web, campaigns, and print. • Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the brand identity system. • Translate creative briefs into visual solutions that align with brand standards. • Develop layouts, visual systems, and scalable templates for efficiency. • Collaborate with creatives and cross-functional partners to bring work to life. • Apply strong typographic and compositional thinking to projects. • Select and apply photography, illustration, and graphic elements effectively. • Prepare production-ready files ensuring quality across deliverables. • Explore new tools, including AI, to enhance design craft and speed. Requirements • BFA in graphic design or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in brand design within in-house teams or agencies. • Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography and visual systems. • Experience working with established brand guidelines. • High bar for visual craft and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork. • Willingness to use AI for enhancing skills and efficiency. • Familiarity with AI design tools or generative workflows (bonus). • Motion literacy, even if not a motion designer (bonus).
