This role is critical in shaping the strategies of patient support services through data-driven insights. Your expertise will lead to tangible improvements for patients navigating the complexities of healthcare. \n Accountabilities Partner with Patient Access and Reimbursement (PAR) team to build and prioritize analytics plans. Monitor current program objectives and provide recommendations for optimal design changes. Manage onshore and global team members while providing strategic guidance. Understand the pharmaceutical ecosystem and relevant data sets. Oversee managed markets analysis including copay analytics and customer segmentation. Prepare and present reports on product performance against business objectives. Execute analytics plans to generate insights from various datasets. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners. Perform advanced analytics to support business questions and strategies. Visualize trends through tools like PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau. Create data models using SQL, R, Python, and Excel. Utilize AI-enabled enterprise tools for increased efficiency. Requirements Doctorate degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent. High school diploma / GED and 12 years of relevant experience. Experience with product/indication launch preferred. Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills and executive presence. Leadership experience with influence across diverse teams. 5+ years in healthcare or biopharmaceutical industry required.
